The decisive showdown of the cycling summer is fast approaching! From 4 to 6 September, Kasina Ski&Bike Park will become the Polish capital of gravity racing and freestyle. The sixth and final round of the Grupa Pingwina Cup, accompanied by Kasina Fest, will decide the final standings and reveal this year’s champions.
This year marks the sixth edition of the Grupa Pingwina Cup, a popular cycling series that has become a permanent fixture on the calendar of Poland’s most important cycling events. Following exciting competitions in Krynica-Zdrój, Wisła and Kurzętnik, it is time for the final showdown. The winners of the summer season will be crowned in Kasina Wielka.
The battle for points in the overall standings will be accompanied by Kasina Fest, a true celebration of gravity riding and cycling freestyle. For spectators, it is the perfect opportunity to admire spectacular aerial tricks. On Saturday, the best riders will compete in three exciting events: Crank Brothers Dual Slalom, FOX Whip-Off and Santa Cruz Best Trick. Expect a huge dose of adrenaline and breathtaking airtime, best experienced live at the venue!

Competitors will battle for valuable prizes, including year-round Pingwin PASS Ski&Bike season passes. Sunday’s Grupa Pingwina Cup final will feature downhill races in numerous age categories. The trails will welcome both the youngest downhill enthusiasts and the most experienced riders in the Masters category for competitors aged 35 and over.

Golden honey, the aroma of grilled specialities and unique products made by local artisans are all part of the perfect end to summer at Czarny Groń! Join us on 13 September for the 5th Honey and Handicraft Festival. Visitors can look forward to regional flavours, hot-air balloon workshops, live music and plenty of attractions for the whole family. It is the perfect opportunity to welcome the new season surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery.
Held in the car park next to Oberża, the festival is a true celebration of natural products. Local artists and craftspeople will present their goods at a variety of stalls. Visitors will be able to sample and purchase different types of honey, natural cosmetics, soaps, candles, original jewellery, ceramics, decorations and textiles. The event offers the perfect opportunity to speak directly with exhibitors and discover the inspiring stories behind their unique products.
In addition to the extensive exhibition area, the organisers have prepared entertainment for visitors of all ages. Children can take part in creative workshops, games and competitions supervised by experienced activity leaders. Hot-air balloon workshops will take place at Polana Pingwina, where participants will meet a pilot, learn how this fascinating aircraft works and, weather permitting, enjoy tethered balloon rides. After an exciting day, guests can recharge at Oberża, which will serve a specially prepared selection of grilled dishes.
The event will also feature informative talks and artistic performances. Festival host Leszek Ścibik will make sure the atmosphere remains upbeat throughout the day.
The ISKRA band will perform live, the DINO group will showcase its dancing skills and young artists from the Cultural Centre in Targanice will also take to the stage.
Dietitian Wioleta Sojka will discuss the health benefits of honey, bee pollen, bee bread and propolis. Pasieka Sabat will also present a fascinating live demonstration of honey extraction.
Blood Donation Drive (10:00 to 13:00): A blood donation drive will take place in the Ballroom at Hotel & SPA Czarny Groń. As a thank-you, everyone who makes this generous contribution will receive a voucher for a free pizza at Oberża.
