Autumn is drawing closer, bringing another opportunity to meet at Czarny Groń. Join us on 13 September for the 5th Honey and Handicraft Festival, a day filled with local flavours, bee products, handicrafts, music, workshops and attractions for the whole family.
This event is perfect for anyone who enjoys meeting local makers, sampling natural products, discovering how they are made and spending time surrounded by mountain scenery.
The festival will take place in the car park next to Oberża at Czarny Groń, where local exhibitors will present their products.
The stalls will offer natural honey and other bee products, as well as cosmetics, soaps, candles and other natural goods made from them. There will also be plenty of handicrafts created by local artists and craftspeople.
Visitors will be able to browse and purchase jewellery, ceramics, decorations, textiles and other original creations. The festival is also an opportunity to meet the exhibitors, talk to them about their work and discover the stories behind their products.
During the festival, make sure to visit Oberża, where we will be serving a selection of grilled dishes. Take a break between attractions, sit down at a table and enjoy something fresh from the grill.
There will also be plenty for our youngest visitors to enjoy. Our activity leaders will organise creative workshops, games and competitions where children can have fun, stay active and use their imagination.

During the workshops, participants will meet a pilot and learn more about the fascinating aircraft that is the hot-air balloon. They will discover how a balloon is prepared for flight, how it works and what the pilot’s job involves. Weather permitting, tethered balloon rides will also be available.
Leszek Ścibik will host the festival and make sure the event runs smoothly in a welcoming atmosphere.

A blood donation drive will also be held during the 5th Honey and Handicraft Festival. It will take place from 10:00 to 13:00 in the Ballroom at Hotel & SPA Czarny Groń. Everyone who chooses to donate blood will be contributing to this important initiative. As a thank-you for this selfless gesture, donors will receive a voucher for a pizza at Oberża.
